As an attorney who has worked on everything from Wall Street deals to small town contracts, I have seen firsthand how traditional law firm practices are not always realistic for today’s business owners and creative ventures. My working style is collaborative, educational, and inspired by my own background in creative work.
THE OFFICE HOUR
Lawyers are not just for crises - we are here for everyday questions and answers. In this 1:1 session, you get to ask me anything that is on your mind on the legal side of your business and projects. Whether you’re just starting out and have no idea what comes first, or you’ve got nagging questions keeping you up at 2:00am, this one’s for you. This is also a great option for those who don’t know whether they need a long-term lawyer, or who have budget constraints and want to tackle just a few items on their to-do list.
$199 for 50 minutes. No commitment to long-term legal engagement.
THE LEGAL STRATEGIST
Let’s talk strategy. In this three-hour mastermind session, you get undivided attention from a lawyer who has evaluated and dissected companies’ intellectual property and business practices both on major Wall Street deals and at the start-up and non-profit levels. We’ll review your business ideas, identify potential risks, and tackle legal documents where feasible. These sessions can also be used for interactive contract review and learning about areas of law impacting your business. This is an excellent choice for someone who needs more than an Office Hour and a crash course on how to level up their legal game.
$675 for three hours (normally $750!). No commitment to long-term legal engagement.
The G.C. - custom legal engagement
Sometimes you need someone on deck to answer questions, do the research, and be around for your long-term needs. Sometimes there are also projects that are not appropriate for short-term packages. This is where I offer “The G.C.”, which is custom legal engagement based on your ongoing needs. Depending on the project, we may use my current hourly billable rate, or I may offer flat-fee pricing. I do my best to work with clients’ budgets and customize a legal plan at appropriate rates.
Hourly Rate: $250. Flat-fee engagements are customized to each legal project. Please connect with me to discuss.
Trademarks
If you want to protect your business name, logo, product names, and more…a trademark registration might be for you. I assist clients with understanding the registration process and their options, and I can also conduct searches through third-party tools to examine whether other trademarks may create challenges to registration.
At this time, I am offering solely the above services. I am not taking new trademark applications.
