Trademark Applications: I am not accepting new trademark applications. I can otherwise assist with understanding the registration process, conducting searches, and weighing options.

F.A.Q.’s

  • Please email me at paisley@paisleypiasecki.com with a brief description of your issue/project. I’ll ask you for some basic background info, and if there are no conflicts or other issues pending our work together, we’ll agree on the scope of work and pricing. If you are a legal client, we’ll sign an engagement letter. If you are a non-legal creative client, we’ll sign an agreement.

  • I generally do not offer discovery calls for my legal services.

    Legal Services: In lieu of discovery calls, I offer 1:1 single sessions, each of which require clearing conflicts in advance and entering into an engagement letter (a.k.a, a written document outlining the scope of work and fees). In certain instances, I may suggest we discuss your situation and ensure we are the right partnership, but I cannot provide any legal advice during those calls for ethical reasons.

    Creative Services: We can schedule a short discovery call to address your needs and make sure we’re the right fit. If you are seeking “pick your brain” advice, I may suggest we schedule a paid consultation.

  • Legal Services: Depending on your needs, I may be able to tailor legal services such that we work within a desired budget, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you cannot commit to long-term legal representation but need immediate guidance, please consider booking a 1:1 Office Hour.

    Creative Services: I am happy to discuss tailoring a plan to meet you needs.

  • Please see my legal packages to preview my pricing. Flat-fee services outside of my packages are determined on a case-by-case basis. Setting a flat rate is highly dependent on the project presented. Please inquire at paisley@paisleypiasecki.com for more information.

  • Yes! Students who are at least eighteen years old are welcome to work with me. I can provide student pricing upon inquiry at paisley@paisleypiasecki.com. If you are not seeking legal advice but want to talk all things career, education, courses, please reach out - I would love to help!

  • Because the majority of my legal services do not depend on state-specific law, I can assist most clients regardless of their location. I will always communicate when a matter is best for state-specific counsel.
